Your Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you are entitled to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without stating any reason whatsoever.
The withdrawal period commences on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods, and expires fourteen days thereafter.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by way of a clear, unambiguous statement — for instance, via email or post:

Your declaration must make it unmistakably clear that you intend to cancel the contract. You may optionally use the model withdrawal form provided further below — its use is entirely voluntary.
It is sufficient to dispatch your withdrawal notification before the fourteen-day period expires in order to meet the deadline.
Consequences of Withdrawal
Upon a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse all sums received from you — including standard delivery charges (but not any premium for an upgraded delivery service you may have selected) — promptly and no later than fourteen days from receipt of your withdrawal notification.
Reimbursement will ordinarily be made via the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any charges in connection with the refund itself.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have furnished proof of having dispatched them — whichever occurs first.
Returned merchandise must be sent back to us without undue delay, and in any event within fourteen days of the date on which you communicated your withdrawal. The deadline is observed provided you ship the goods before this period has elapsed.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the items.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts involving:
- Goods manufactured to your personal specifications or clearly adapted to your individual requirements;
- Goods liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose best-before date would shortly be exceeded;
- Sealed goods that cannot be returned for reasons of health or hygiene where the seal has been broken after delivery;
- Goods that, by their very nature, have become inseparably mixed with other items following delivery;
- Sealed audio or video recordings, or sealed software, whose seal has been opened after delivery.

How the Return Process Works
- Send a message to contact@aviora.com quoting your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will acknowledge your request and supply you with the return address.
- Pack the goods securely — ideally in the original packaging.
- Ship the parcel back to us within fourteen days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
- Once the goods have been received and examined, we will issue the refund within fourteen days.
Refunds
Your refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original acquisition. Please be aware that, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take between five and ten working days for the credited amount to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If any goods arrive damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us within seven days of delivery at contact@aviora.com. Attach clear photographs of the defect together with your order number. In such circumstances, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer you — at your discretion — either a replacement item or a full reimbursement of the purchase price.
