This page brings together all essential details regarding delivery charges, estimated shipping windows and the payment methods accepted at AVIORA for our home and garden merchandise. The conditions set out here form an integral part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Shipping Costs

All prices shown on our website include the applicable statutory Value Added Tax. Relevant delivery charges are presented separately at checkout before you confirm your acquisition.

Please note: For shipments to destinations outside the United Kingdom and the European Union, additional customs duties, import VAT and other levies may be applied. These charges are not collected by AVIORA but are imposed directly by the customs authorities or the carrier in the destination country, and remain the sole responsibility of the recipient.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery windows begin on the date of order confirmation, upon receipt of your payment. Orders submitted on working days before 14:00 are typically prepared for despatch the same day. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays will be handled on the next working day.

Where an item is not immediately in stock, this will be noted on the relevant product page. In exceptional situations — such as force majeure, industrial action or other unforeseeable events — the stated window may be extended. We will notify you promptly should this occur.

3. Shipping Partners

Your order will be despatched via one of our trusted logistics partners, which include:

  • Royal Mail
  • DHL
  • DPD
  • Evri
  • UPS (for international shipments)

Once your parcel has left our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking reference, so you can follow your delivery's progress at any time.

4. Delivery Address

Please take care to enter a complete and accurate delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses arising from incorrect address details. Regrettably, changes to the delivery address cannot be accommodated once a parcel has been despatched.

5. Partial Shipments

On occasion, it may be necessary to split a single order into multiple consignments — for example, when certain items become available at different times. No additional delivery charges will be levied in such circumstances.

6. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted at AVIORA:

  • Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • PayPal
  • Klarna — Pay Later, Pay in 3 instalments
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Bank transfer (where applicable)

We reserve the right to restrict the availability of certain payment methods depending on order value, destination country or other objective criteria.

7. Secure Payment Processing

All payment transactions are carried out via SSL/TLS-encrypted connections. Our payment partners hold PCI DSS Level 1 certification. The payment details you enter are transmitted directly to the respective provider — full card details are never stored by AVIORA at any stage.

8. Invoicing

An invoice is automatically generated for every order and sent to you by email. This document includes all legally required particulars, with VAT shown as a separate line item.

9. Issues with Your Delivery

Should your order fail to arrive within the stated delivery window, or if the parcel shows signs of damage on receipt, please contact us at contact@aviora.com quoting your order number. We will act swiftly to identify the most suitable resolution.
