Important information

  • The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party other than the carrier) take delivery of the goods.
  • Dispatching your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.
  • You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated.
  • You are liable only for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the transaction, unless agreed otherwise.
